here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. early morning business

on blogging ~ I have a few favourite blogs that I visit & sometimes find others by following links..... you would not believe where I sometimes end up...dropping in and posting a message or blushing at some things I read...or even shaking my head at some of the odd things people blog about......
I have quite a few that I regularly visit and later today , I think I will add them to my sidebar here....it is nice to introduce them to my visitors
am I the only one who gets *tickled pink* when some one takes the time to comment? *thanks*

also ~ I have added a flikr link to my pictures ~ take a peek when you have time..and I will be updating them often...

I love visiting your little place on the web ms*robyn & find it such a pretty and inspiring site!

Your's is one of the blogs that actually inspired me to start blogging ~ oh my! and I sure do get *tickled pink* when I get a comment.

Your home looks so cosy & inviting ~ Looking at your pics on flikr feels a bit like walking around the neighbourhood and having a peek in through peoples windows from the sidewalk (I just love doing that!! ...shhhh)

I give you fair warning, Robyn. Next time you have wet, windy, stormy weather, please listen carefully. I will be knocking on your door, begging to come into that oh-so-cosy sitting room so that I can enjoy the fire, a cuppa and a chat. I wonder if there are open fires in Heaven?

Yes, I also love reading the blogs and receiving comments. In fact, my morning ritual is to come up to the kitchen, turn on the kettle and the computer, go outside for the paper, make the tea and then read what my friends have been writing about. 'Tis lucky that R. and I are retired and don't have to go to work - I'd always be late!

Thank you for sharing your home through your photos. It looks just like I imagined it would. Lovely.

Thank you for including me on your sidebar list, Robyn! I was always (and still am) a letterwriter, and love receiving replies to mine. I get the same kick out of comments to my posts on Patra's Place.

I was just thinking that I wish I could remember how I got here. Sometimes I lose track of such wonderful places as I follow one link after another. :)

I check in here often to read what you are up to.

I have just got my own blog going and am having lots of fun! I'll come back soon and give you the link when it's a little bit more tidy!
