brown*paper*parcels ~ childhood dreams

from brown paper parcels on April 13 2005, I wrote :

ECCENTRIC ~ as a little girl, I always wanted to be different~ I wanted to wear clothes that were out of the ordinary and I wanted my bedroom decorated with all my favourite things ~ of course I went through teenage years like everyone does but the things I stuck on my wall were out of the ordinary ~ a huge advertisement for Levis and pictures of 'old' movie stars and I had a huge collage of favourite things on my wall. I wanted to wear hats: I wanted to wear my grandmas clothes ....not much has changed and I am pleased to say that I have finally achieved one of my ambitions in life ~ I AM ECCENTRIC !!!

I must be eccentric too as I like the same stuff. Especially my grandmother's old vintage hats.
