Name:
Location: Katoomba, NSW, Australia

here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Star watcher and Moon gazer. story cloth weaver. keeper of family dreams and wishes. good friend and creator of life. herbal tea drinker and potion maker.

a healing touch

sometimes things that I read on other blogs either inspire me to write similar or remind me of something I have experienced in the past...such is this post by sweet Corey sharing sacred.

You see, I experienced a healing - something personnal and something I probably couldn't even begin to explain here..... but as you know I have a certificate in Reiki 1 and today I am off to do reiki 2. I feel I want to give something back for the miracle that happened to me 5 years ago.
your work is to discover your work and then with all your heart to give yourself to it

Oh dear ms*robyn: I hope someone didn't say a single cruel word to you. You deserve only sweetness. I am sensitive too, and it kills me to think someone offended you in any way. You don't deserve it, if it hurt you. Stay well and keep on doing what you do best, just being you, no matter what anyone else says.
{{{{{{hugs}}}}}} =^..^= A sweet kitty smiles on you! (I found this on a response somewhere!)

Sometimes we are given hurtful or bad things in life to make us stand stronger in our beliefs and life.... Don't back away and don't let anyone keep you away. Your friends here want and need you and your wisdom and kindness. I have a post on my blog stating my thoughts on the subject. I am sure others will do the same.

I agree, you need a break, but not because some insensitive and cruel person made some undeserved comments. You just need a break because you do so much for us all! Get some rest, keep your resolve and your faith. We will be here with you in thoughts and prayer, and when you return we'll still be here for you! (Because believe it or not, we need you!) Hugs and blessings and lots of prayers to you...

You know the good that you do with your "Reiki" touch, that is all that matters! I began my healing with Reiki. My first visit to Corey's site was "sharing sacred"!!
