here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Star watcher and Moon gazer. story cloth weaver. keeper of family dreams and wishes. good friend and creator of life. herbal tea drinker and potion maker.

In California, where I grew up, the summers are hot like that! I use to hang out in the pool or the bathtub full of cold water!

One year in France, we ate in tee-shirts outside on New Year's day!

This year our fish pond freezes over three times a day!

OMG is that hot, poor you! I would melt and die! I think you live on the wrong continent my dear, come and move over to Europe, we have minus -1 degree here in Germany today and still snow. I just took a gorgeous picture of the European Red Robyn in the snow.

Oh I know how you feel...I am not looking forward to New Years Eve today - supposed to be 42 deg. down here in Melbourne...Just hope the old air conditioner doesn't pack it in again like it did this time last year :-(

Oh, I feel your pain. We don't get "that" hot here in the Summer, but the humidity pushes the point. Hot and sticky is tough.

Drink lots of iced tea. Least that's what we do!
