here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. in the mail box @ Christmas time

ooh today I received my cake from Gina at Patra's place & my first vintage hankie from Mimi in the UK ! Gina and I decided to swap a piece of our christmas cake and she sent hers in a sweet tin along with some other goodies..one of which was a gorgeous hand made cross stitch with strawberries. I am going to put my jam jar on it on the table at Christmas time. Thankyou ever so much Gina !
and I went off to the post office looking like Santa today - all laden up with parcels *brown paper packages of course* I sent my seasonal gift * my mama whiskas secret santa gift * my vintage swap gift * and my cake to Gina - so keep your eyes on the mail box - I also sent two more hankie cards * still have 3 to do, which I hope to get to, tonight.
I also have to say thankyou to Amy from retrospective - she sent me a lovely handmade card with a lavender sachet a week ago and I was going to wait & thank everyone for the cards at once but that is probably not the right thing to do - so thankyou Amy ! The lavender sachet is in my drawer right now. love it !!
