nesters

isn't it amazing how just changing something or adding a little something can make you feel like your home has had a complete makeover ? For years I have had no curtains on my kitchen window - preferring to look at the scene but I found the most glorious vintage floral barkcloth curtains and they fit my kitchen window perfectly * well a tad short but that is ok* dear Joe has hung them for me and they look great ! cosy and warm and they can be pulled back during the day !
I love that look of torn and tattered * overstuffed furniture * fringed pillows * threadbare * english cottage - just delightful !!

I love lived in leather chairs, ones that look like someone has sat in them for hours reading :)
