Name:
Location: Katoomba, NSW, Australia

here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. Star watcher and Moon gazer. story cloth weaver. keeper of family dreams and wishes. good friend and creator of life. herbal tea drinker and potion maker.

Plan ahead and dream of all the beautiful things that life has to offer

oh dear

seems like I woke this morning having one of those days........when everything seems bigger than it is and one more thing will tip you right over the edge. Off to have my cup of tea and see if I can shake this

My goodness, I totally understand where you're coming from. That's when I *hole up* for the day and try to straighten out my mental priorities.

One thing at a time. Sometimes it's has to be one minute at a time.

Hope your day smooths over...

As Melissa says "one thing at a time". But first, go for a walk, either down the street or at least around your garden. Look at something you have achieved of which you are proud. Know that you can cope. Also know that you have internet friends to 'talk' to.

Hope your day smoothed out for you. As Melissa said, I love to hole up and recharge when things seem overwhelming too...and no matter how bummed I feel, the Lord always whispers an encouragment. Those are the days to do sit tight and maybe just do nothing but relax with a good book or a movie right in the middle of the day (shock-shock) :)..so much for my 2cents worth!
